Offshore Software Maintenance Outsourcing: Predicting Client’s Proposal using Supervised Learning

In software engineering, maintenance is the process of correction, updating, and improvement products after handed over to customer. Through offshore outsourcing (OSMO) clients can get advantages like reduce cost, save time, improve quality. most cases, OSMO vendor generates considerable revenue. However, selection an appropriate proposal among multiple one critical problems for vendors. The purpose this paper suggest effective machine learning technique that be used by vendors assess or predict client’s proposal. dataset generated through a survey working in developing country. results showed supervised learning-based classifiers Naïve Bayesian, SMO, Logistics apprehended 69.75 %, 81.81 87.27 % testing accuracy respectively.
